All orders will be processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated during the live sale or product listing.

Delivery within Singapore typically takes 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided where available. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier after the parcel has been handed over.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Any re-delivery fees arising from incorrect or incomplete information will be borne by the customer.
